I am passionate about my health & eat nutritionally rich foods whenever possible such as substituting:
White rice for red rice,
Butter for avocado,
Chocolate for cacao,
Sugar for honey*.

FEB 2015 in FOCUS: From personal experience with clinical depression i will start the “vitality” blog section for this month with a personal disclosure about how i overcome mental illness without medication. While every individual is different i feel compelled to share with everyone how a holistic approach to the treatment of clinical depression allowed me to see a way out of the dark fog which enshrouded my existence and back into the light!
